We haven't been heard for some time, but that doesn't mean we are resting on our laurels! As of now, we're in the administration phase, when we have to verify the ownership of our account and similar things. As soon as everything is alright, we will get the money from the campaign. When that happens, we will begin refunding tickets to people who asked for it. If you're interested in what happens next, read on.
We estimate a week before we get the money and are able to manipulate with it. By then, we have to finish internal ticket administration so that we can mark dispatched refunds etc. Then we have to search for every single payment manually and send it back. This will be a time-consuming process, which cannot be automated. We expect, however, that you will have all your money back (or part of it, depending on your choice) within two weeks, even if you selected payment in six months.
In the meantime, we will be working on the administration of campaign rewards. You will see your rewards after logging in at our web, where you'll also see their status. You will see a package tracking number or online rewards to download. But we're getting ahead of ourselves. As soon as this administration is finished, we will let you know.
We will do the whole system so that we're able to distribute the rewards properly and get the address digitally, without having to do all that manually and contact everyone regarding their T-shirt choice, etc. It will ease the effort for us and increase comfort for you. The entry data from the campaign are very simple in this regard - meaning one purchased reward = one line in the chart. But that's not enough for us.
As soon as the system is ready, we will put all our effort to preparing your rewards. Some of them are prepared already, others have to be finished or produced. You will get information about rewards being shipped or available to collect. At the moment, we expect to have most rewards to be prepared within a month and all rewards within two months. You don't have to ask us if your reward is ready or not; you will see this fact in the system and the administration interface we're building right now.
There is still a lot of work to do with ticket refunds, the system, reward preparation and their packing and shipping. We will let you know about what is going on, and before you know it, you will have your rewards in your hands. :-)
