Contribute to the printing of the EUROPEAN BOLETES monograph

European Boletes is a unique book about boletes in Europe, published in two volumes and presenting all the species of this group of mushrooms through superb descriptions and photographs. I am self-publishing the book and raising funds for printing.

Dear colleagues and contributors to the project
Many of you have written to me about the book's release date and I am sorry that I have had to postpone it several times. I couldn't even get an accurate estimate of all the work (I was very optimistic), which was prompted by some impatience. But I gradually discovered that the work can't be rushed unless it's at the expense of quality, and believe me, I'm working on the book in my spare time as much as possible, even at the expense of my family.

However, after a very careful analysis of what is finished and what remains to be done, and with a realistic calculation of the time required, I can finally offer a final release date.

I apologize in advance that it won't be for Christmas this year, believe me I wouldn't have wanted a bigger present myself, but I'll tell it like it is. So the final date, which I don't plan to change in any way, is 31.3.2024. 

If someone wants to send the money back and pay just before printing, there is of course no problem, their order will of course stand unchanged. 
Many thanks to  Geoffrey Kibby and  Matteo Gelardi and  Giampaolo Simonini for their intense collaboration and I believe there will be much to look forward to. Being a perfectionist, I really want the book to be as visually and content-wise great as possible. Thank you all for your understanding and patient.
