Dear Friends,
We are a vocal swing trio based in Prague and have been singing together for almost three years now. We were very happy to discover that our musical tastes are surprisingly similar, as are our voices. Our lives are wrapped around swing music! 
We would like to ask you for your support so that we can record our first album. Your contributions will go toward the following: inviting excellent musicians into the studio, financing the studio and mastering sessions and releasing a CD and vinyl recording. 
The compositions we want to record are part traditional, part original, part English and part Czech. The original songs have been written, for the most part, by our grandmother, Mrs. Věra Chrbolková, who is the daughter of the Czech pianist of the Teddy Wilson tradition, Antonín Kudrna. We would like to have our album christened in March/April by a very special guest :D Hold your horses, we will announce the details in time!
Throughout the campaign you will see us change from wild creatures to swing divas in stylish 1920's evening gowns, sewn by our grandmother. Our transformation will progress as your contributions will :D We depend on you!
For your contributions we have prepared various kinds of exciting rewards and a few surprises, therefore please keep an eye on our project on facebook and news here on HitHit!
Outside of our own project, we have been asked to record the vocals for an album of Lorenzo Thompson from Chicago, a fabulous blues and soul singer, and Jan Kořínek - the most accomplished hammond organ player in the Czech Republic. We are happy to have the opportunity to appear on their original album!
And, finally, thank you for supporting the young generation's zeal for live swing, for it is a kind of music which knows no time, place, age or social group boundaries. Let's swing and dance forever!
